Weekly Mail Forwarding
For any arrival of postal mails, including courier items and small parcels, Vision Group provides Mail Forwarding every Wednesday*.
Mail Forwarding will be free from any administrative fee for the 1st year. Postal charges will be billed according to SingPost rates.
Foreign customers will required to place a deposit of S$100 for postal charges.
*If Wednesday is a public holiday or non-working day, mail forwarding will be postponed to the following working day. Upon registration, detailed information will be sent to you via PDF on how to use our mail forwarding service.
Shared Fax Receiving & Forwarding
A Shared fax number will be allocated to Vision Diamond Plan Subscribers. Incoming Faxes will be segregated by recipient client company’s name and emailed to the respective client’s specified email address.
Meeting Facilities
Vision Group provides a corporate meeting room which is comfortable for 8 persons.
Additional Bookings during Office Hours (Monday – Friday, 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM)
Alegna Group Clients : S$10 per hour. Non Alegna Group Clients : $ 20 per hour.
Projector Rental available @ S$5 per hour
*All bookings must be made 1 day in advance. Same day booking is possible upon availability of the meeting room. All bookings subjected to availability
